My dgtr and I had a couple of things to take care of. I received duplicate charms for Christmas so had to exchange that. My dgtr had a charm that was broken and also a bracelet. Victoria was very helpful with everything.

I had a exchange that was past 30 days due to holidays I was not able to get there before that and my associate who I believe was the manager was very happy to help me and make it happen I had bought a silver padlock bracelet and decided I wanted to exchange for your beautiful rose gold shine padlock bracelet. She made this happen and made me very happy!! Thank you!
