I had screenshot the things I wanted from the website and showed them to the salesperson, and she knew if it was in store or not. She was very friendly. She even told me about the warranty policy on the jewelry because my ring was missing diamonds but I didn't know I could go back and get a new ring, so she was very helpful.

The sales associate, Kalicia, was very helpful. I didn't know much about Pandora bracelets. She took a lot of time in a very busy store to help me find a great bracelet with charms.
