Representative was very professional. She was suggestive of multiple styles and ways to wear jewelry. She looked super cute in all of pandora pieces and it made me want some of the items she wore.

The sales associate was very helpful and attentive without been pushy. She listened to my wishes and delivered. Based on what I asked for, she showed other items that she thought I would liked, and she was right! Very pleased with her.

I walked into the store and Laveenia immediately greeted me. She was so friendly and helped me build my entire bracelet! I literally walked in with one charm and I walked out with 2 clips, 2 spacers, 2 charms, and a necklace. She asked all the right questions which was super helpful because I honestly didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I was grateful that she offered and explained the pandora credit card option. It worked out well for the purchase I made. Overall, Laveenia was awesome. I live in Springfield, IL and will continue to come back to this location just to shop with her.
