I previously lost a bracelet and the associate helped me find the exact bracelet. They didnt have the exact one in the store, but she helped me find an incredible replacement. She also helped me find some great rings based on a few things that I liked.

The clip that I bought already had the silicone in it so I didn’t need any rubber pieces to make it work correctly.

The salesperson was very polite and helpful. She informed me that products were only returnable up to one year. I had to return an item that i had purchased the previous month that had broken. I also had 3 bracelets and four charms that I wanted cleaned, which she did. Then she explained to me how to keep my pieces clean and free from changing colors.

I was highly satisfied with the knowledge of the sale person and the assistance I was give with my purchase. this were my first purchase with this company.

The sales associate, Railyn P, was so very helpful ! It was the best pandora experience I’ve ever had . From beginning to start she was very kind and welcoming . She helped us with deciding on which charms looked good with our skin complexion and more . She was very professional also ! She made sure we were satisfied with what we were buying & made sure she explained all the deals that we were getting. We even got her schedule just so we can come shop with her ! Very happy she was so great !!
