I was highly satisfied because I went to a Jared Galleria Jewelry Store looking for a specific Pandora Charm but they didn't have it. I went to an actual Pandora Store who had the charm and I picked up another one the Jared store didn't have either. So I was able to get two charms from the Pandora store that the Jared store didn't have in stock.

Friendly and knowledgeable salesperson was very much appreciated. I didn’t know much about the items I was buying for a birthday gift for my mother-in-law. It meant so much to me to have a person help me without feeling taken advantage of. I will definitely return to this store to buy a matching necklace for the same person in the future.

The Sales person, Aryn was very knowledgeable of the Pandora jewelry. She was very respectful and patient throughout my experience. Because of Aryn’s positive attitude she made feel welcomed to be a customer.

The associate was knowledgeable about the product. She informed me of the upcoming sale that will be happening. And there was no one in there when i walked in so i was was waited on immediately and i was pretty much in and out!

Pandora Stores are always neat and clean. Pandora sales associates are always helpful and very attentive. Pandora items are color coded and easy to find in the store.
