I was Highly Satisfied with this experience because I researched in advance the charms I wanted to look at to purchase and they were in stock and an associate who was readily available, because the store was adequately staffed, quickly located them and I purchased one and may return for another. I was also Highly Satisfied because the associate informed me, because I was also looking at travel charms for my daughter, that there were Pandora stores in Italy, where we are traveling, that had Italy exclusive charms and she could use a Pandora gift card in Italy and this survey coupon. :)

I liked being able to browse the store without a pushy salesperson. I was told they would be available to help if needed. The minute i needed help someone was there. The store is looking great!

Helpful staff and great customer services

I came in looking for a charm with any type of Daisy on it. The salesperson I worked with, Heather I., immediately offered assistance and showed me several options. She was super friendly and patient as I decided which one I wanted to go with. The one I ended up getting was the perfect gift for my mom.

It was the first time I have ever received/used my veterans discount on a luxury item. That was a great deal.

I was greeted as I entered the store. I wasn't sure of what I wanted to buy but the sales clerk showed me several items which helped me to decide. She was very friendly, she showed me the best way to wear my bracelet that I had on and she even cleaned it for me.
