My first experience with Pandora was on April 13 and I absolutely didn't feel welcomed nor did I want to return to this store but on 4-15 I wanted to participate in the sale that started on 4-12 and upon my arrival I was greeted by the sweetest little lady named Ms.Rita whom at the end of my purchase gave me both a change of heart about the store and a sweet hug.

The service was great! The store attendant, Rachel, was very efficient. We didn't have to wait for service. It was readily available! Customer service is very excellent!
