Upon entering the store we were greeted by Enrique who was very helpful to us. I went to exchange a bracelet that was to snug. Enrique not only helped me with exchanging my new bracelet but he also gave me cleaning techniques to better take care of my bracelets. He took time with me that he didn't have to and I appreciate that.

The sales associate was very nice, and professional. She was very knowledgeable about everything I was looking for, and even suggested things I didn't know were available for the item I was purchasing. I love that I can continue to add on to the bracelet over time during different milestones in my relationship.

Very beautiful displays, very clean and the lady that help me was very nice and took her time with me while I had two little boys with me while shopping and she was full of patience.

Ordered wrong size and needed to exchange, associate knew my correct size by eyesight and very pleasant and helpful.

Kathleen is the sales associate who helped me. I was surprised that she remembered me from past visits and asked how I've been. She took the time to show me different types of bracelets that would not cause restrictions on my right arm. Kathleen remembered that I could only wear loose fitting bracelets. She cleaned my old bracelet and even boxed it, even though it wasn't truly necessary.
