Only one charm to pick from. Staff not as friendly as should be.

Considering the amount of customers in store at the time, associates took care of me in a timely manner.

Sales clerk was limited in her knowledge on all the product. I had previously viewed items online and went into the store to actually view the product and make a purchase.

The sales clerk was very friendly very sweet and helped me making my decision. She was knowledgeable of the specials the store had and I took advantage of it. I think her very much for that!!

Long wait took over an hour Out of the free with purchase item but they did substitute. Staff was very nice just needed more people to help

I was looking for a peacock charm. It didn't have any.

I've been in a few times and this particular store hasn't had the initial charms I need and a very low selection of birthstone charms. My sales associate Sabrina was great though and we came up with a different idea for my bracelet. She was very creative and reassured me about my selection.

Didn't have the size bracelet I needed. Has to go a size up.
