I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience only because this store didn't have a lot of the charms that were available online. The associate that helped me was really pleasant to not only me, but everyone who entered the store. I was really pleased with all of her help in creating the perfect bracelet for my sister. She made my experience a great one, she was really knowledgeable and very patient. I'm excited about going back to create a bracelet for myself!!

I asked about a charm & was told it didn't fit my bracelet. I went to another store & purchased the same charm for my bracelet. Disappointed I had to travel to another store.

I opted to receive my receipt via email. I have not received a receipt. This is the second purchase I have made without ever receiving a receipt. My prior purchase I was told it would have to be emailed as there was a problem with their computer. That receipt was never sent . Both purchases were made at the same store. Where is my receipt?

The associate was friendly and even told me to check out the Pandora store in the Disney park in Orlando. I informed him we would be going this summer.
