Staff was patient. Store was clean. Staff assisted me with arranging charms on bracelet

Enrique was great, was looking for a bracelet and was interested in a charm bracelet and felt he was only pushing certain charms not showing or representing different selections or ideas.

Was helped immediately and fast helpful service.

I waited patiently in line. A woman and child walked up to the store and knocked on the window to ask her friend inside the store if she could come in. The sales associate let the woman in the store ahead of me, and I had been waiting in line. That woman hadn't waited in line, but she got served before I did.

My charm broke and they couldn’t find it in the system. It has been less than a year

The rep was very helpful. She helped me find everything I was looking for.

Didn’t have a variety of charms in the store. Other than than everything went well.

The bracelet I came in for was out of stock. Only one size in the style was available. She was unable to find it.

The spacers I was looking for the sales person could only find one. So I ended up purchasing more expensive spacers.

I was satisfied there was a piece they didn't have that I will have to go back for otherwise everything was okay !!
