Your availability was limited for the Lion Princess items. This, despite a previous associate having promising to call me as soon as they arrived in the store. She didn’t. Then, when I called about a week ago, I was told that the items hadn’t come in yet. As it was, I settled on a different bracelet than the one i wanted, and the Associate had to call another store to get in the charm that I wanted. Also, you ought to make more Lion Princess charms to go on the bracelet, other earrings with the honey CZ stone, and rings to go with them. If you make more items, I’ll come back.

I wasn't highly satisfied because this location is very low on merchandise. There are and were a lot of things I wanted, however, its not available at the Fairview Heights location and its been like this for a while. This location is closet to me and more convenient, but the low merchandise makes lit hard for me to shop.

Asked associate about a charm and she didn't know where they were and didn't proceed to look. She asked several other associates and another was able to find charm that I wanted. She then proceeded with the "sale".

i had hoped for a larger selection of rose gold jewelry. i had also hoped for a sales promotion. i was really disappointed to learn that a promotion started the next day following my purchase. and my purchase would have qualified. the sales associates were phenomenal especially Tunya!

I received an email that had sale items that I was interested in purchasing. I went to the store and showed the male associate the picture of what I was looking for. Tonya another store associate asked what I was looking for and he told she immediately started we don’t it. I asked can you check your stock and she insisted that the male associate didn’t look because” it was sent back”. He searched on the internet and was able to see that two stores in area did show stock; so he was going to call. Tonya was happy with him doing this for me and it showed all her face and her demeanor. I was there looking to upgrade my bracelet as well as look for a birthday present. As long a I see her in your store I will NEVER shop if she is there. There is a way to say something and conduct yourself and truly her hair and the way she looked was more important especially since when I walked in the door she didn’t say hello and kept checking her reflection. The male associate and Mary F were helpful in my purchase.

Selection was not very good. We saw several items we liked that were not available. The Sales Associate checked, and the nearest location that had a couple of them was over 4 hours away. We were especially disappointed that the birthday items were no longer available. Tonya, our sales associate did show us many other options, which we appreciated, and we were able to find some substitutes. Not what we originally wanted, but OK.

The associates took way too long to locate what I was wanting and then they were out of the first 4 rings I was looking at. Once I made a decision it took over ten minutes to figure out the price of the ring. Think their knowledge should be better on the products and should have more sizes available.
