they are always very very helpful and kind and help out with what u are trying to look for. they have a very good selection on everything there and even if it is not in store they are helpful online too.

Kathleen was awesome! Very very helpful and went over beyond. My bracelet broke twice within 8 months of getting it. Clasp once and chain another. I really wore it after the first break and it was replaced and the second one the clasp broke. I was very disappointed and questioned Pandora quality. Kathleen was super and suggested maybe looking a different bracelet style which I did do. Here’s hoping this one won’t break
