The most beautiful charms weren't included in the sale and no clips included in the sale and spacers they're just as important as the charms. If you want your bracelet to be BEAUTIFUL you need Clips,Spacers and Charms when doing it the true PANDORA WAY.

I was needing a simple charm. My wife has 2 bracelets I’ve shopped at this particular pandora several times and never had a salesperson be so pushy. She tried to sell me on many more things aggressively. I tried saying no no no no no no multiple times but she just tried and tried so hard. I understand salespeople make commission but wow. Tacky.

I had a ring with missing stones. Had to get same ring. I worry it may happen again.

There were about 20 customers and only 3 associates. I waited over an hour to be seen. The checkout process took longer than me actually picking out my merchandise.

I was going on with two items that where hardly worn that had broken. The ring with one gold heart. The gold heart came off ring I did have it but was told after year they couldn’t do anything. I have the double leather bracelet that I have barely worn a handful of time and last time I went to wear it one leather end came out of silver clasp. I was told same thing for this bracelet as the ring. The manager didn’t even talk to me or offer anyway of trying to offer anything as I customer satisfaction! I still purchased two things that day but left feeling like they don’t care about there customers!
