Sales associate was new to the company, but she seemed to be familiar enough with the jewelry. She did a great job! Unfortunately, the store didn't have the plain ends for the open bangle in stock nor did they have a few styles of rings that I wanted to see, also didn't have the cuff earring in stock either... Hopefully by the holiday's these will be back in stock.

My sales associate was great! However, the charms I purchased keeps falling off the bracelet multiple times. For the amount I paid everything should be intact.

I was initially excited about getting my bracelet and the recommended clips to hold all the charms in one place. I realized as we were purchasing them they were all scratched up and dirty. The sales associate said they put all the clips in a box together. Sorry but paying $45 per clip for it to be scratched and dirty is unacceptable.

I was highly satisfied with the selection of my merchandise and the knowledge of the associates. My dissatisfaction was with the purchase of the merchandise. The cash register device miscalculated the discount and I had to manually calculate the price on my phone and explain it was wrong. Even at the end of the purchase I still did not receive the full discount. I was supposed to receive 25% off and it only rang up 22.9% off. For instance my bracelet was $80. The discount off my bracelet on the receipt is only $18. 25% of $80 is $20. So I was shorted on my by a percentage on my purchase price. I do not blame the sales associate Mary. I blame the company for having the wrong percentage attached to the scanned code. It even said 25% off on my receipt but that was not the amount discounted.

The saleswoman kept trying to push me to buy the sale when I already had my mind made up for what I wanted. You don’t have to keep pushing to make a sale.

Some of the prices could be cheaper. One of the charms I looked at the cubic zirconia looked cloudy. The associate I worked with was extremely kind and helpful.
