The asked associate seemed fairly new, which is fine. The disappointment was that she never smiled , was not friendly nor did she say chin it patience or willingness to show us or help us choose items related to what we were describing. My system purchased 4 charms, I only purchased 2 ( May have purchased more but I did not feel appreciated; I felt more like an inconvenience ). I just wanted to leave the store .

While I was at the store, the sales associates waited a long time before coming over to me. I waited for a good 15 minutes before they got to me.

The sales associate was not friendly. She was not rude, but she was not friendly. She was not welcoming. The associates that she asked for help was short and not friendly. No one let us out. We had to remove the rope to let ourselves. The workers were huddled in a group talking. Once someone saw us trying to get out the came and closed the rope once we walked away. In Branson, Mo, the associates were so helpful and friendly. The Fairview Heights, IL store need more people skills.

I had a coupon for my birthday that I was unable to use in the store. Also, if the customer made a purchase over 100 a trinket box was to be received. I had to ask about the box and when I did I was told there were not anymore so the manager let me choose from a few items in the back. I think I will stick to online purchases.

This is my 1st purchase & 1st time in Pandora. I hear great things about Pandora such as the jewelry is beautiful & the associates are friendly as well as patient. So, I really had high expectations from the beginning. Upon entering the store. The associates did not give a greeting. There were 2 associates Danielle & Nia. Nia was busy helping another guest. So, I stood at the 2nd counter where Danielle was standing. She literally was directly in front of me. She did not say hello, can I help you or anything. She just stood there shuffling rings maybe doing inventory, idk. So, after about 10 mins of waiting for her to finish her task at hand I started feeling ignored. I asked Danielle can I see the book. I grab the book look through the book about four times. I ask is this it? She ask, what are you looking for? I tell her, A ring I am just looking. She states well, yea that's the most updated book all you see what we have b/c the holiday. She stood a few more mins and then walked away to another counter to do what seem like nothing. The phone rings & she answers the phone. I asked Nia at this point is Danielle not helping customers? She apologized and ask for a moment......

The sales associate act as if she didn't want to be bothered with me and wasn't interested on my looking for a charm. As if I couldn't afford it and like I was wasting her time.

I had been to another Pandora a couple of months ago, but did not purchase an item because I was in a time crunch. I happened to be Christmas shopping this week, and was at a different mall. I was so disappointed because the sales clerk made me feel I was an inconvenience. She didn't know any of the prices having to look everything up in a book. She apparently wasn't sure where everything was. When the ring sample was apparently the only one of its kind, she wanted to know if I really wanted to try it on. I did purchase one ring, but only because I really wanted it and had been planning on purchasing it. I will not return to the Fairview Heights Pandora store. The next time I will go to the Pandora store at the Galleria in St. Louis, Mo. The male clerk there was so helpful even when I didn't have time to make a purchase.
