I forgot to ask the associate for military discount until my husband reminded me. By the time I mentioned it to the associate, he had completed the sale, using my gift card. When I asked if they provided military discount, he said yes, but I just completed the sale with the gift card. When I asked if he could cancel and re-ring it, he seemed aggravated that he had to do this. I asked how he'd handle it if I decided I changed my mind about the purchase; he'd have to cancel the sale and refund my money then. He said "I'm going to have to reset the whole system," sighed very loudly a couple of times while he was resetting it and rescanning the barcodes for the charms I purchased, then slammed a drawer louder than he had the previous 2 times he'd opened it to show me some charms. He was obviously aggravated. This was my first Pandora purchase in store (have shopped online at Pandora previously), and it was my first purchase for myself. I was not impressed with the quality of customer service I received, and I will not likely shop at that Pandora store again. The associate's name, according to the receipt, was Enrique Q.

The make of the bracelets, opening and closing is terrible, mine broke after 2 wears. The associate offered no assistance in explaining other options, just told me to go look at other bracelets in the store! And I traveled 2.5 hours just to return this bracelet for other options, to find the warranty only covered the same poorly barrel closure bracelet. I asked for a credit toward another design and offer to pay the difference. Products are VERY pricey for level of design provided. The new bracelet (push clasp) is easier to open, but still sort of awkward. I spent approx $600 originally w/ Pandora, I definitely expected better service and warranty options.

I didn’t like the fact that the sales person was pushy..even after I said no thanks to a clip…he still continues to push me towards buying it…if I said no …I mean no…he was too pushy but I guess he’s a sales person so his goal is to sell…

I took a two tone gold barrel clasp snake chain bracelet in that had broken. I was told by the sales associate that it was only guaranteed for a year and that the bracelets are only good up to about 5 years. This came as a shock to me as I have a charm bracelet that was given to me from my grandmother which must be at least seventy years old and has never broken. I was hoping to hand my Pandora bracelets down to my grandchildren one day but feel very saddened to think they will not and are not expected to last much after five years.

The sales associate had a really bad attitude that day

I have never had a pushy sales person until this visit. I knew the 2 things I wanted and I figured it would be an easy, quick transaction. However the guy I had wouldn’t stop trying to sell me on more things, which is annoying when you already know what you are there for. I get it times are rough after covid and I work in a big box store so we always want to get a member to sign up for a credit card or upgrade their membership. No means No and if he couldn’t read the annoyance on my face, then he shouldn’t be in sales. He tried to upsell jewelry box, necklace and a credit card.

The sales associate had a horrible attitude. She wasn’t very helpful. She seem to not want to answer any questions. Very uninterested in assisting me. Customer service was awful.

Not a lot product available it was very disappointing to not have anything available for cancer survivors, birthdays. Usually there is something to put together.

Did not get the $64 sale. No free charm was available. To get a charm I would have had to pay full price.
