great service all around i definitely prefer this store over the mayfair one!

Jada was so friendly and helpful with choosing birthday gifts for my mom and sister. She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and recommended unique items for myself as well.

There really nice. They always have what I need. The store is always clean and neat.

When entering the store, although associates were busy assisting other customers, I was greeted and told that someone would be with me shortly. The store was clean and associates were professional in appearance. The associate that assisted me was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Ivory H was the person that helped me and she was amazing. She took my order over the phone and was very polite. And when I went into the store she was even more polite. We even had a few laughs about why I was buying the ring!

I'm highly satisfied with Pandora because to give me specific details on their specials and they work real hard to find what I like
