Soon as i entered i was greeted with a hello and a smile and was asked if i needed help. A sales person measured my wrist helped me pick out my bracelet, i picked out my charm and clip, i will be returning to buy more charms, i love this store

Baylee greeted us in a very friendly manner immediately as we entered the store. We told her we were looking for a charm related to my teaching experience, and she offered us several lovely options. We purchased the red apple, and Baylee had my bracelet cleaned for me. She then studied the rest of my charms and helped me decide the best position for the apple charm and the two spacers we chose. We also expressed interest in the necklace with the mini charms. Baylee explained all about the necklace and even gave my husband a catalog with the birthstone charms for our grandchildren circled. We really enjoyed talking with Baylee. She is a definite asset to the Bayshore store! Thank you, Baylee.

I happened to be at the Mayfair mall location and received AWFUL customer service there - very rude, lazy, and the woman dug through a drawer looking for a bracelet for me and showed me options that I told her were not even close to what I wanted. I left and told her I was going to the Bayshore location. The moment I stepped into the Bayshore location I was greeted and helped out immediately. The staff was very nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable and even made suggestions for what I was looking for! I will always go to this location and I will never go to Mayfair location again.

The staff was not overly pushy with sales. The staff was knowledgeable. The staff gave me helpful suggestions for keeping my pandora jewelry in good condition as well as offered me style suggestions.
