Pandora has trained salespeople and excellent customer service.

I was not highly satisfied because the quality of the merchandise has changed. The metal of the sterling silver seems stiffer and the stems on the bracelets are shorter.

Satisfied us very welcoming score to have. I wasn’t ever dissatisfied nor have I ever been but I don’t shop regularly so haven’t done so. Each time I go I’m satisfied with the visit

Most of the charms that interest me, I already have. Many are over priced but I love all my pieces

The choice of items was minimum. I wish the store was more stocked. I wanted certain things but settled for others.

Had to replace a bracelet Two charms were missing pieces Didn’t realize that Pandora didn’t stand behind product.

My clips pop off bracelet salesperson says dnt sleep in it I have nails

Although they didnt have my initial item I wanted, I found something better!
