My experience was very easy sales reps knew where everything thing was placed. She was also very friendly and likeable. Overall would definitely shop that store again.

The sales representative was very kind, willingly to help however allowed me to select the items that I want. If there were items that were not in stock she made suggestions on substitute items that were perfect for what I was looking for.

I really love Pandora I love the charms I love the bracelets I love the customer service I love that they just tell you different things about the items what and what not to do with the bracelets

The only issue I have with all of the Pandora Stores, Is there is NEVER enough staff and the wait times exceed 30 minutes to receive service

I was satisfied with this pandora store . It was just very busy that day. Your manager told me what days it not so busy.

Not enough Reflexions charms were available.

Had wht I was looking 4 from visit 2 online store , but was hoping something new was available in store. Sale tray was still expensive

I could not touch and compare the comfortable way like I used to within the years I’ve shopped there

Well it seemed to be understaffed so it’s not the employees who were the issue but rather the lack of . it was a very long wait but the employees were kind and speedy, this is why i’m not highly satisfied

Location of store is close to my home. The customer service was great. My sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products I was inquiring about.
