Didn’t have any congratulations charms. Only anniversary

I was satisfied with my service cause the Sales Representative was very sweet, patient, knowledgeable and kind while assisting us with our purchases.

Had to wait a while, not enough staff

You didn't have much to choose from,you didn't have a selection of charms,so i just settled with what you had in store.

The selection was very limited. I was in town and surprise for my mother and will have to order online

No product. The sales associate was very nice and knowledgeable. She was very helpfully and funny. Shes African American, with a nose piercing natural hair. No problem with the service i had just a problem with no product. I know its due to covid19. But i cant highly recommend this store to friends and family until you guys get your inventory back in stock

The selection was very poor. Barely had any merchandise in the store.

There wasn't a wide variety of charms to choose from in store.

The brand is awesome but the store area of location is not the best. Also the employees don't know the brand that well. I asked for specifics and they didn't know what was available. They were having a hard time locating the price of the items, I ended up finding the item on the Pandora website and showing it to the employee. She used my phone to locate the item sku.
