I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT PANDORA

My previous visits to this pandora store were very good they were awesome actually but this last time that I went to pick up a charm that I had on hold the lady that took care of me wasn’t really in the mood to take care of anyone this never happens to me when I visit this store I also wanted to purchase something else so I asked her if she had a certain charm in stock but really didn’t put any effort at all I got what I had on hold which made me happy but the over all customer service wasn’t really good I had better way better experiences in that store.

The item i was really looking for was not available

I felt like my store associate was trying to sell me something I didn't want when it came to price. I liked what we ended up deciding on, but I felt pressured to get something more expensive and almost ended up not buying anything at all.

There wasn’t a big selection of Mickey and Minnie Mouse

I was highly satisfied

Wasn’t a lot of charms to choose from

Beautiful Experience

During the past 2 visits no one welcomed me into the store - no acknowledgment. I waited 5 minutes and actually had to make eye contact for an associate to assist me. She was just cleaning something not assisting a customer. I guess we are just so used to the Chicago store and their excellent customer service that the Milwaukee store doesn't measure up.

Sales clerk kept getting our sale order wrong.
