I was satisfied it was above average service.

I received a gift card and never used it, when I went to the store the gift card wasn’t working. When the person who bought it purchased it, the workers were acting strange, and kept taking her card to the back of the store so it seems to me that the workers, put her money on a different gift card and gave her a blank gift card

Didnt have much selections what i was looking for.

I wasn't overly satisfied. I was merely satisfied. I had a good experience, the associates were pleasant but nothing "wowed" me.

For prices are high

Prices are getting higher. I would love to see some specials on the charms.

Kaycie B greeted me immediately and was very helpful in building a new bracelett for me. Although the one I wanted was out of stock at the store she suggested the Rose Gold. The design Kaycie put together was amazing and I had to purchase it. I will definately return to this store for future purchases.
