I went to the store too late, all of the sale items were gone that I wanted.

Even though the original item that I went to the store for was sold out because of the sale that’s going on the sales associate was very nice & pleasant. She showed me the new arrivals, chatted about favorite charms and even offered to clean my bracelet for me. Not getting the bracelet I wanted I did end up buying two new charms & a cleaning kit for a real good price.

Some of the items I was looking at in the catalogue were not available in the store - either not in my size or not at all. No definite time frame on how long it would take to get the items in stock if I I put my name on a wait list. Might be nice to have more than 1 of each item in stock, especially if they are popular (i.e., I wanted two of the same stackable rings and you only had one - one ring that I wanted in silver you only had in gold). Frustrating when I have to travel 40 minutes to get to your store and you don't have items in stock. Why can't gift cards be used at locations other than where they are purchased?

The only reason I wasn’t highly satisfied is, the sales woman that helped me really didn’t know the register part of the job. She tried to charge an extra $100 dollars without doing the math herself discounts/credits. It took myself and another employee to correct her mistakes. Just felt like the other employee should’ve gotten the sale since she did pretty much all of the work.

Was overall highly satisfied. The assistance, merchandise, and cleanliness of Pandora were all highly satisfactory and we'll (family members and myself) be back soon to add to my Grandmother's Pandora charm bracelet. :)

One of the charms I wanted to purchase was out of stock.

I believe your jewelry is a bit overrated. They are nice, but a bit pricey for the quality.

Several items I am intended to get are oos while I felt I was not informed on time for special events

Good Customer Service But did not go the extra mile. I purchased because it was a gift for my Mother.

I visited the store 3 times within 4 days, day 1 , I asked about the charms that were on sale , was told didn't know, unless I knew what charm I wanted, so grab a book and check out sale charms on line. Day 2 , when to a different sales lady, who was very polite, showed me several sale items, I brought 2 charms. Day 3,brought 2 more charms, wanted a bracelet, but needed a 22cm length ,which you don't make, My husband was disappointed , but was happy with service.
