The person was new and didn’t have knowledge of the promotion then the lead person on her team was rude and interruptive.

it was during a promotion time and a lot of the charms i wanted were sold ou. which was to be execpted with such a great sale.

Beautiful charms.no customer service no bag to go..felt was rushed out of store never explained item I purchased.

I arrived at 11am when the store was to open, had to wait two more mins for them to unlock the doors. I was offered the book instead of a tray to browse through.

I was somewhat satisfied with the associate that help me but the one that was visible first was kind of rude. Aldo when I asked about knowing the size of bracelet I was told when I purchase a bracelet, when I could have been sized in the store. I told them I do most of my shopping online.

The store was blocked off. Couldn't move around and look at in thing in the store. I don't like the new cheaper versions of the ring and ear ring boxes.

The sales person that was working with me didn’t seem like she really wanted to help or give me any options, unlike my usual visits. Sometimes I have a hard time deciding and most of the sales person I’ve worked with in the past didn’t have a problem with helping me decide but the person did, it was all in her energy. She kept saying that’s a personal choice.

The sales team was communicating with themself and did great me once I came into the store. 2 sales rep and 2 customers came in at the same time. Instead of asking if we were together they assumed. I had to inform them we were not together and tell them I was looking for a brace and charm. One sales rep help the other guess and told me someone would be with me even though no other customers were in the store.

The associate was somewhat rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there, I felt rushed. I asked to have my bracelet cleaned and when she dipped my bracelet in the water she said it stinks. The other girl told her that if the water stinks, she needs to dump it out and clean with fresh water. The girl dried my bracelet off and gave it back to me without really cleaning it. When I purchased my charms and lock, she was flinging my charms all over the counter and I had to catch some from rolling off the counter. She added them back on my bracelet in any fashion , gave me my bracelet back and then said she was leaving. I was definitely Rushed just so she could leave. Not very good customer service.
