Waiting outside for 20 minutes

I was very dissatisfied with the inventory. The charm selection was extremely low like bare. I didn’t like the fact there was a this is what we have the end type of feeling in the store.

The sales associate just slapped a bracelet on my wrist and it’s the wrong size. I’m currently at a DIFFERENT pandora location exchanging it.

The location I went to had hardly no merchandise for them to be running a black Friday sale.

The saleswoman was not friendly, didn't listen, and barely wanted to show us what we asked for. She would not pull out a tray or put them in the case where we could see everything. She would pull out her suggestions (which were completely off) from up under the shelves. Even though as we waited to be helped (over 10min), she continuously pulled out entire trays for a couple to pick and choose what they wanted even though they bought nothing.

Unfortunately this is the second time that I’ve been to this in particularly location for the same charm. The first time I lost the charm, and luckily it was replaced under your ONE time replacement policy. This time the same charm had fallen off my bracelet yet again. The only difference is I was at home at the time and was able to recover it. I am SURE that Pandora is aware of this specific charm, and the problems that it has given customer. The problem arises when this product is STILL being sold and not pull off your showroom floors as damaged to ALL of them. Pandora allegedly stands behind their products? Standing behind your products can sometimes cause you to loose money, if the product is faulty. I was very disappointed to have to return my charms, I Loved them. Those charms were symbolic to me. The replacements can’t compare.

I was looking for a sweet sixteen charm for my niece for her birthday.when I asked the two ladies who were working there did they have anymore they said no and that I would have to probably wait a week or two before they have them back in stock.

Staff wasn't very friendly. Some staff didn't even acknowledge me when I walked into the store. Only one of your staff did. Her name was Kaycie B. She was nice, very friendly, helpful & curtisous, knowledgeable. I will definitely be seeking her out again for my next purchase.

I have a charm that BROKE I will take it back BUT I got it from Jared in Gurnee , but I live in Wisconsin. It was 100.00 DOLLARS

Saleswoman was not very knowledgeable about the charms I was looking for. And the merchandise was low stock, but pretty much out every charm I wanted so I settled to get something cause it was a Birthday gift. Saleswoman did not explain the difference in sizes for bracelets versus the bangle at all. Not going back to that location.
