I am new to Pandora, received a bracelet as a Christmas gift. I was unaware that the merchandise is plated. That is truly a turn off, I thought it would at least be sterling silver. I feel the jewelry is over priced knowing that. Looking for a charm for the bracelet was difficult as over half of the merchandise was sold out.

Pandora sales associates at this store are not very friendly. I only return to this store because it's closer to my home. I also love Pandora so that's why I return nothing to do with customer service . Only love for the products. I actually order online now.

I came into the store because I had a broken clasp on my bracelet and wanted to purchase a new bracelet and sweet 16 charm for my granddaughter birthday. The sales person was very short and disrespectful to the point that I had to ask her if I was annoying her. She immediately snapped at me “THIS IS My Job!” Not helpful…no customer skills her name was Racel J

Associates working were complaining about the busy store & amount of customers. Discussed calling in or not showing up for next shifts. Short answers, no eye contact & basically felt like an assembly line going in for help.

Busque en la página de internet para realizar una orden y solo tener que recoger en una de las tiendas y no tenían nada de lo que yo quería disponible. Fui personalmente a una tienda,solo compre una parte porque no tenían todo disponible y por haber realizado mi compra me había ganado un brazalete gratis, el cuál tampoco tenían disponible él diseño, me entregaron uno que no era valorado en menor costo.

The sales person was very helpful and wanted to make everything right but that fans lead was rude she lied the sales person who first sold me the item said one thing then it turned out too be another story.. being that I called the lead out on her lies and the fact she did not know what she was doing she refused to help me.

The sale person was very informative. However, we made purchases ask for a cleaning cloth. Was sold they don't give them away they are $5. Thank You and No Problem we will add one to our order. I purchased several pieces only to checkout. I walked out the store with the bracelet on my arm. Was offered no packaging not a box or a bag. But was offered to open up an account I was approved for. So finally I told the sale person please I would like a box and a bag. There was no boxes on site. I got my bag o and by the way she decided to offer me a cleaning cloth......I just felt like the whole experience was not a good one. I would never go in Tiffany's and not come out with packaging not been offered. Again, I will return to this location to see if services is better....

I had to more than 15 minutes to be waited on. I have been in this Pandora store at Bayshore mall before. I never had to wait that long. The lady was not very nice or friendly.
