I went into the store mind you it was 80 degrees outside and the store had no AC. on top of that I went to pick up 3 items they did not have 2 of the 3 in stock, nor did they have any other things in the birthday category.

This was the 2nd location I visited to exchange a Christmas gift. The item I wanted was not available in the store. It was available online. I asked the associate to order the item for me but she was unable to because the site was down

Staff not friendly. Did not know specifically what I was looking for. Only the trays on top were visible. I WANT to see the charms. Then associate couldn't find pricing plus the sign in window stated 25 percent off Black Friday!! I will never shop here again and I will probably end up returning the 2 charms. No name tags!! Also she couldn't figure out how to run my charge card. I was getting ready to leave. Ridiculous

There was not a great selection. The boxes that contained the charms for my bracelet was almost empty and has been for quite some time.

The sale lady didn’t know what she was doin mg as fare as ringing up or adding or finding my discount information and it took 3 try’s and I still didn’t get it I just spent 188 and just left because it was for my 11 year olds birthday

Dicontinued charms in show cass. Associate couldn't locate price of charm in the case. She said she saw the price in an old book for $55.00, item rang up as $65.00. Two explainations; I mixed up charms and said $55.00. The charm you picked in the discontinued case was actually a new charm. Really? No thank you. Will buy on line.

They were sold out of everything and were not willing to substitute

my pandora profile was incomplete and i did not recieve my my free gift for my birthday on 01/03. i cam into the store on my birthday to buy a charm as well and i did not recieve a free gift nor did anyone offer to complete my profile

They never have time to clean someone’s bracelets or charms I’ve been waiting all year for them to tell me the same thing , no one’s ever available to clean my bracelet!!! I’m very upset my bracelet is very dirty and they all say the same thing they’re not cleaning until next year

This price listed was not the price I was charged Was giving an answer didn't sit well for customer service. Price changed but was not able to update tag because customers continue coming not able to update tag
