I was highly satisfied because not only did I receive great customer service the sales rep. also looked into an item that I had to pick up at a different location and saved me a trip. The sale rep. also showed me items that I could purchase later to add to my niece bracelet. The sale rep. went over and beyond to make sure I had everything I need.

Lola helped me find out what the size of my ring finger is as well as what size fit comfortbaly with my ring. I had purchased a ring before and lost it which is why I went to Pandora to replace. I love how thick this specific ring is and how awesome the customer service was at this location thanks to Lola. I am from a small suburb in Illinois so going here was a pleasant experience being away from home.

Ivory was very helpful and explained that I shouldn't leave my bracelet outside the box and it should also be put in plastic.
