My first order a few years ago included a spacer which did not go with the bracelet I ordered at same time on-line. I was very frustrated as it looked like it went with this bracelet. Unfortunately since it was a present, I just recently found out it didn’t go. Ivory and Rachel were so very helpful and nice in exchanging the item for a gift card. That’s the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time

I love my store Manager Ms Ivory is always so very helpful she make shopping so easy. I never have any issues expect one it inventory bracelets are never in my size 18.
