Ivory was very knowledgeable with the products. She was very helpful completing my transaction. i will be returning to the store to purchase other items.

The sales associates, especially Lola, were pleasant and very helpful. Lola took the time to call another Pandora store to check for a charm that was listed as in stock online. She also looked up a limited edition charm that wasn't in any of the Wisconsin stores and told me which stores in the Chicago area had them in stock. She did a wonderful job and is an asset to the company. :)

The quality of my bracelets is excellent. The sales lady was very polite.

The manager Ivory H. Over at the Bayshoremall town center location is highly professional, as well as very knowledgeable on the items that I was looking at, extremely satisfied with the inside and outside of the building very clean and modern.

The staff was polite when I entered the store. Every this was clean and spaces out. The items I purchased was exactly what I was looking for. They had a great selection of charms to chose from.

The sales lead Theresa was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ivory who I believe was the manager was also very helpful and suggested other options for me as well. I also work in sales and customers services is very important to me. These ladies exceeded my expectations and that's why I am highly satisfied and will be back!
