When I walked in - each salesperson greeted me. The cleanliness of the store (bright and airy). Theresa first approached me and asked how she could assist me. Explained I was looking for charms for my mother's upcoming birthday. She provided a vast selection of goodies. Saw the bracelet I was wearing made suggestions of adding a spacer between my charms, explained why I would need other separators (I am sure they are called something else) to prevent my charms from sliding up and down the bracelet. Theresa also offered to clean my bracelet. Exceptional customer service.

Ivory was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She assisted me in balancing my bracelets to make them even more beautiful. I loved her patience with me.

The store had the merchandise I needed and a staffer named Angelique offered to clean my Pandora that I was wearing, while the sale associate, whose name I can’t recall, assisted me with my purchase.
