I was so impressed buy my sale lady i went there to give my charge back to the store. put once i talk to Mrs. Ivory i change my mind .i had all ready talk to your corporate about this problem was having .and i went there for a flight Corporate had said give them a call back f they dont take care of it. but they took care of me right away .Mrs. ivory really did her job with so much care i even made another purchase great job .

Ivory helped me with finding some earrings for my self. She was really knowledgeable about the what was in stock what was available and what was to come!!! Me and my mom both said to each other how we were impressed with her customer service and knowledge of all things Pandora. She went over and above by cleaning my earrings after I had chosen the pair that I want. She made them shine. Then she gave me a mirror so that I could put them on right away!!! Wonderful shopping experience...thanks Ivory I will be back in to see you!!!

I love shopping at this location. They remember me and make me feel like a valued customer and almost like a friend. They get just as excited when I add to my bracelets as I do.
