The salesperson Angelia was extremely knowledgeable and provided legendary customer service. I have been to several Pandora's in multiple cities and in the airport in North Carolina and was never educated on how to clean nor care for my bracelet and charms. In addition, the different types of spacers and where they should go on the bracelet. In addition to the bracelet, I purchased the polishing cloth. Lastly, she cleaned my bracelet and charms then rearranged them for me so, they would not fall off.

The young man that helped me at the bayshore store in Glendale Wisconsin was phenomenal! He was friendly , helpful and fun.
