Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience it started out not so well my birthday was May 8 my husband went in prior and purchase me a birthday gift which you were to receive a free bracelet upon seeing the bracelets he informed the sales clerk that the one she was giving him was too small ,it was one larger next to it he asked if he could have that one she says no the smaller one was the free gift. Upon presenting my gift to me I had three beautiful charms and the bracelet was for infant that was to start my anniversary bracelet I was so disappointed I rather had nothing to be treated in that manner I’ve been a Pandora customer for over 10 years. Upon returning the items I end up being taken care of by I am being nice to me it was the manager of the store her name was Ivory wonderful customer service apologize for the experience oh let me just say upon returning the items I was done with Pandora but she was able to remind me and show me why I’ve been in love with Pandora for over 10 years💕 Funny we end up using the credit from the items .

The staff was extremely friendly and listened to my needs. She was understanding of my issue and did her best to resolve my issue. Laura also helped me to pick out replacement items. Kudos to her!

Because I was able to get everything I wanted and every is perfect!!!

They not only show great appreciation but I felt welcome when I walked into the store. The sales reps are extremely hospitable & patient. We dont wait long @ all.

The young lady was very patient with me, assisted with knowledge of the jewelry and how to clean it.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
