The store was clean. I was greeted at the door. There was no wait when I entered. Sales associate was aware of the items that I requested.

The lady I worked with was kind& considerate. She even made some suggestions. She was very helpful with sizing & charm selections.

Very nice and helpful ladies at Pandora in Glendale! I was able to put in my phone # and birthday in my rewards profile where at another location I was at previously did not have me enter it. Since I didn’t have my birthday noted, I didn’t receive my birthday coupon but the ladies here honored it for me which I greatly appreciate, anything helps! I’m an assistant manager in retail, so I really appreciate and applaud genuine customer service!

The staff was friendly. I was able to exchange my bracelet and charms with no problems. I'm glad the store is close to my house.

The sales lady was really patient with me when I was picking a charm. That Pandora location also had a great selection of Mothers Day charms. All the charms were at a decent price too!
