Service was immediate and pleasant - very chatty and engaging. Associate knew product well; she struggled a bit with finding my account, but was persistent and good natured while looked for all possible ways to access my account despite the repeated error messages. Associate was gracious. Store manager, Ivory, took a good deal of time to clean my four full and very tarnished charm bracelets while the store was frantically busy. She invited me back on a week day when things are less hectic to remove and clean charms individually. Lovely service experience.
