Staff were very friendly and helpful with the things I needed. Very knowledgeable with items in the store. Overall great experience, they also offered to continue to help me build my bracelet.

The salesperson Angelia G was excellent and also helped us buy a wedding ring.

I went into the Pandora-Bayshore and was greeted instantly by the ladies working. I had the pleasure of working with Tamia H., who was very friendly! Tamia was also observant!!! She noticed that on of the pieces on my bracelet was out of place and gave her recommendation on where the piece should be placed and why. In doing so she demonstrated her knowledge of the products and the care for them. Tamia demonstrated that it is the little things that keep customers coming back.

The store was busy during the return but the two ladies handle it and was extremely fast. My sales associate was just as great the second time as she was the first time. I actually came in to do an exchange the service and energy was amazing! I really hope she get some award for her service 💯

The store manager was very helpful. She has been working all day and was about to exit, but instead she kindly helped me in getting my order. Very good customer service.
