I needed to exchange a charm, and Ivory could not have been nicer. She is professional, courteous, and efficient. When she learned this charm was a gift, she added a pink ribbon to the box, and when I told her I had another charm - also a gift for the same person - she gave me another box and tissue paper so Christmas morning will look even nicer.

I went in to exchange my bracelet due to the fact that I bought the wrong size. The staff was very welcoming and were quick to help me. I was able to get a size bigger with no trouble at all.
