Lakita M. made my visit worth the wait. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and very kind. I am totally new to Pandor and knew very little about the product, the care or how to build upon my bracelet. She also shared with me the importance of how to clean and protect my charms from falling or even my bracelet. She was exceptional! On the other hand, when a customer walks into the store to shop, they should be served immediately and should not have to stand around for 45 minutes or more to wait for service. This worries me about going back to shop and purchase charms.
