Sales associate was prompt in attending to me and my daughter. She was very aware of types, sizes, styles and price for what I was looking for. Had a coupon that was t valid in store but found a way to get savings.

The store manager there was so very very pleasant as always. She's extremely friendly she remembered me from previous visits. She suggested charms for me and I walked out with 2 when I was only going for one. She shared the meanings of some asked me my likes to search for charms that I can relate to. She's just awesome all-round the board..

Kaycie, our salesperson was very nice. Knowledgeable of the PandoraMe line. She complimented Brooke on looking like Millie Bobbie Brown, which of course, was a huge hit. Maybe she saw Brooke looking at the Millie poster? Maybe not, but she was a great salesperson. My daughter has been looking at charms by Millie for months. She had birthday money to spend, and finally decided at 13 , to get her idols charms!

I visited the sore because I received a bracelet with 2 charms as a birthday gift. I wanted to add more charms, the young lady that helped me was very helpful. I had know idea what I wanted and she show me some charms that I liked. I bought 2 charms, I plan to buy more soon (within 2 weeks). Same store

I called to make sure they had what I wanted and there it was a camera charm. Although the letter charm I wanted was out of stock, she let me know when they would be in stock.
