Store was clean, associate knew the bracelet and charm I was inquiring about, she also told me that the charm was discontinued and to purchase online. Everything was just friendly.

From the moment I stepped foot inside the door I was being offered helped. I at first declined but shortly after I found what I wanted. The associate was more then happy to get it for me.
