Sales associate was quick to greet me, she took me to what I was looking for right away, and when I asked about a certain charm she was knowledgeable about it

The staff was so personable. Jada was the one that helped me and I'd say she gave me first class service. I don't remember the name of the other rep, but she helped me get a charm off my bracelet that was stuck.

The sales associate was fabulous The price was great. I ended up getting 2 clips & a charm. The selection was outstanding. Love the Marvel & Disney charms. Can't wait 2 get a rose gold bracelet
