Store associate Elizabeth was a great help. I originally came into the store looking for grandmother charms but they didn’t have any. However it was my mother in laws birthday so she suggested a beautiful happy birthday charm which worked out perfectly. The sale was informative and quick. She provided excellent customer service during our transaction.

Very helpfully friendly and went above and beyond

The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was supposed to be receiving a shipment so a lot of charms were not on hand. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and will return again.
