I was impressed with the sales associate, Hadiya J. She went above and beyond to help me find the beads I needed to complete my bracelet. She rearranged and cleaned it and was extremely friendly and fun to deal with. I am completely satisfied with the merchandise and service.

The item I was looking for was not available at this particular store.The sales person showed me some alternatives,but they were not what I wanted. SHE ASSISTED IN LOCATING ANOTHER PANDORA STORE.I asked her to call it to locate what I wanted. She did and I got what I wanted.
