Mrs.Latisha was very kind and patient. My daughter called and put a charm on hold for me and I thought it was at this location. Mrs. Latisha took the time to find out what location it was. My daughter called a store in NY.. We had a good laugh with that. Everyone was so kind and were all providing me with ideas on what to get my wife for her birthday. 👍🏼👍🏼

I was pleased because I went to exchange something and get myself sized for a ring and braclet and the sales rep knew her stuff lol she eye balled my sizes I loved it
