I was actually very pleased because I had been looking for a monkey charm for a while, even drove out to the outlet in Kenosha & they didnt have it. Went back in to the Bayshore location during the sale, and happened to bring it back up & the associate checked the last call area and there it was. A monkey! I was sooo excited!

The salesperson was very helpful. I enjoy seeing all the different charms and bracelects. I like the samples of bracelets showing how you can design yours.

Every time I visit this Pandora location the sale associates are very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. This is my go to location. I have recommended this Pandora location to most of my friends because of the friendly staff and quick encounters.
