The sale associate was very friendly. She noticed my Pandora necklace and offered me a cleaning right away. My first in store experience was awesome and her patience played a big part.

Janelle S was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable when she was assisting me. she also balanced the charms on my bracelet so now it looks so much more organized! She deserves a raise!

the sales person Latisha informed me about a lot of things concerning my bracelet and the charms as far as the care and maintaining the quality.
