I was highly satisfied with my visit today because the ladies there always help me pick the right charms to go with my bracelet. I am the Customer that always sits there for more than an hour to decide. They are very patient with me when it comes to me trying to decide on what I would like even though other customers come in then they acknowledge the other customers and then continue to help.

Michaela was very nice . She greeted me, I explained to her what brought me in and she took her time showing me all the different items that was included in the promotion that you guys were running

Upon walking in I was greeted very kindly by an associate. She walked me through the process of starting a charm bracelet and gave me great suggestions. There were so many options to choose from which was great as well!

It was a quick easy visit to add more charms to my girlfriends bracelet. The customer service was awesome. I was greeted immediately by everyone in the store.

The salesgirl was welcoming, accommodating and friendly. She took her time to understand my needs and make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. She didn't mind styling my bracelets the way I asked her too, and didn't get an attitude when I changed my mind. When I told her I had a budget, she helped me stay within that budget and suggested I open an account, which I was hesitant to do. She did not pressure me like some salespeople do. I ultimately did open an account and purchased all of the items I wanted and got the discount I was promised. She was so nice and this experience was much better than shopping at the Mayfair store, where I will only go if certain people are working. I actually call ahead there to see if Jamie or Kate are working, if not, I don't go. I don't like shopping at Bayshore Town Center in general, but I will make a point to return to this Pandora unless I have a bad experience.
